“The Waypoint Alcove” Experiential Build-out
Our stage to explore creativity and push conversations, The Alcove is a high-concept and visually rich vignette space that makes an impact and goes beyond the standard ho-hum display.
A space where 2-3 vendors can collaborate to tell a lasting story, supported by in-person activations with speaker sessions and/or interactive activities that engage.
Pricing / $6,000 total split between vendors
Vendor Showcase Event
In-person miniature tradeshow-style events held quarterly with rotating content where vendors have the opportunity to show off product and create lasting connections with Marriott team members.
Price / $1,000 per vendor
“Wanderlogues” Speaker Series
A space to spark connection – where ideas, materials, and stories shape how we see and create. This speaker series invites vendors and partners to share fresh thinking, products, and inspiring perspectives through virtual, or hybrid educational sessions. It’s a chance to learn, engage, and fuel creative dialogue across teams and disciplines.
Duration / 45 -minutes every other Wednesday
“Material Passages” Panel Display
A pause for perspective - inviting viewers to explore where travel, design, and culture intersect through tangible materials. Located in the Traveler’s Library, this panel display offers a moment to pause, spark curiosity, and celebrate the creative exchange across disciplines and teams for all who pass by.
